Copyright and attribution
Nearly all herengaanuku.govt.nz content is licensed under Creative Commons. This means you can reuse it on your website, in print or in other formats, but you must make it clear that any content you use comes from our website and is owned by Herenga ā Nuku.

Many of the photographs on this website belong to other photographers and we have attributed them (directly on each page) in the manner that they have asked. Most of the time when we have not attributed photos it is because they are either ones we have taken ourselves or have come from a source such as Pixabay that does not require attribution. Unless otherwise stated in relation to specific photographs, you cannot copy, distribute or adapt any photograph without the agreement of the copyright owner.
